Product Description:
Fillite is a lightweight filler composed of tiny hollow microspheres, ideal for resin casting applications. When mixed with resin, it significantly increases volume while reducing overall weight and heat generation (particularly valuable for large castings).
It disperses more smoothly than talc in resin systems. Beyond casting, Fillite has proven popular in film and special effects production, where its low density allows it to float and swirl naturally with air movement, making it excellent for creating realistic dust and smoke effects.
