Orders

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have not been provided a tracking number for your order, you can contact us at sales@industrialplasters.com (or export@industrialplasters.com if it is an international/non-UK delivery).

Why is there a £100 minimum order limit?

We have this £100 limit (exc. VAT & carriage) in place to maximise efficiency with our courier partners. When ordering, we advise our customers to take full advantage of our weight-based shipping costs by buying in bulk rather than small individual products.

How do I make an account?

You can make an account by clicking the "Login" button at the top of the screen (next to the search bar) and create an account.

How do I request a quotation?

If you are looking for a quote based on bulk discounts (e.g. plaster pallets), it is best to send your request to us at sales@industrialplasters.com. From there, we can process your order.

If you are looking to place an order for a large volume, we may be able to offer you a special price based on your requirements. For this, please fill out a Trade Account Form and send it to the sales email previously mentioned.

I am having problems ordering (or I am seeing website issues)

Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that! Please reach out to marketing@industrialplasters.com and explain the issue there, alternatively, you can call us on +44 (0) 1380 850616 for direct support.

I am looking for a discount on a specific product.

In some cases, we can offer special rates for products if they are being purchased in bulk quantities. Please reach out to us by emailing your request to sales@industrialplasters.com, and we will get back to you promptly with a reply.

Shipping

How reliable is your next working day service?

Deliveries in the UK mainland zone are typically delivered the next working day if you order before our 1 pm cutoff each weekday.

We always advise our customers that although products are normally delivered on time, delays from our couriers can occur, so it is best to order as early as possible so that your project timelines are not disrupted.

We would like to stress that our delivery service estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable to reimburse customers for any financial inconveniences that may result from a late delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship to most places around the world. Visit the checkout page to get accurate pricing. If, for whatever reason, you cannot see accurate delivery pricing estimates there, you can reach out to us by contacting export@industrialplasters.com.

Returns

How long do I have to return a product?

As our returns policy states, you may return any unwanted product to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we will not cover the shipping cost if you simply do not want the product anymore.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of damaged products. This tends to happen in transit and is caused by a third-party courier of ours mishandling the goods. Please be aware that we deal with damaged goods on a case-by-case basis in order to remedy the situation as efficiently as possible.
