Description
Also known as "mould-makers' size", Soft Soap release agent is used between plaster and plaster, when making plaster casts from plaster moulds, typically in pottery and ceramic applications. Watered down and applied in layers until a smooth surface is achieved.
Add 50% of boiling water to 50% of Soft Soap and let it cool before using. Gently apply three coats using a brush or sponge. Remove any excess soap after each application and give it time to dry.
Soft Soap is a non-hazardous composition of potassium soap and vegetable oil.
