Description
Jesmonite AC200 is a water-based composite material which is ideally suited to making masters and prototypes prior to moulding. Its hard but malleable nature allows it to be sculpted with CNC routers, chisels, or other tools and can be solidified into a form that can be further carved.
You will need to also order Jesmonite Base powder to go with this AC200 Liquid; 25kg Liquid requires 1 x 25kg Base, 5kg Liquid requires 1 x 12.5kg Jesmonite Base, and 1kg liquid requires 2.5kg Jesmonite Base. Please note, with these combinations you will still have some base powder left over.
AC200 Liquid-Base Properties:
- Initial Set Time (18°C, No Retarder): 15-20 minutes.
- Colour Range: Compatible with available pigments
- Mix Ratio (Powder-Liquid): 2:1
